I tried so many different keto recipes and this one is by far the yummiest and easiest (not to mention fastest) to make. thank you so much. diet (ckd): this diet involves periods of higher-carb refeeds, such as 5 ketogenic days followed by 2 high-carb days. targeted ketogenic diet (tkd): this diet allows you to add carbs around workouts. Grass-fed organic beef (from trader joe’s), lentils, and mixed vegetables. rule #3: don’t drink calories. drink massive quantities of water and as much unsweetened iced tea, tea, diet sodas, coffee (without white cream), or other no-calorie/low-calorie beverages as you like.. Have tried every diet program and product for over 30 years with zero weight loss, etc; and concerns are huge. impossible to trust these online products because claims all too often prove false. hoping and praying this works out with a refund credit and zero problems dealing with this company eager to sell something while deceiving everyone.

I would also prefer to see a little more fat in this recipe for a normal weight dog, their bodies need more fat than ours do. my dog is on a 35% meat, 15% fat, 40% grain (always rice, corn and wheat are allergens) and about 10% vegetable matter diet, and he does very well. this recipe is good in principle, it just needs a few things added.
